Reaching Yang's
Should I call the studio or book online?
Setmore is fastest for a standard session. Call when you need a couples slot, a Groupon redemption, a gift-card question, or a same-day window the booking page is hiding. Phone numbers for all four studios are on this page.
How fast does the owner reply to email?
Within one business day for general inquiries — gift cards, packages, group visits, press. If you need something time-sensitive (a same-day booking, a cancellation), call the studio directly instead.
How do gift cards get delivered?
Square e-gift cards arrive by email immediately — pick the design, add a note, schedule the send. Physical cards are available at the front desk of any Yang's Massage studio during open hours. Yang's Spa gift cards available at Grand Opening.
Can I book a group or office visit?
Yes — small office groups (4–8 people, chair massage style) and bridal parties at the studio. Email [email protected] with your date, group size, and which neighborhood you're closest to. We'll route you to the right location and confirm a time block.
